I’ve finally managed to secure a great little venue for the Newcastle and Central Coast signing. Pick up your book (if you want one), get it signed (if you wish), stay for a drink (first one’s on us) and a chat.
The event will be open and casual, so please feel free to bring a friend or colleague who might be interested, or not. Even if you don’t want a book or already have yours, please come along anyway to say ‘hi’.
The desperate conditions in our region for the past few months have been cause for much anxiety – what better way to breathe that out than spending time with friends, celebrating being more than halfway through summer?
Postscript
Being our fourth launch event and third signing, we had the logistics finely tuned by the time we set up at The Blind Monk in beautiful downtown Hamilton, right in the middle of In Body, In Mind’s primary setting. With bushfires all over the country we were grateful so many left the safety of home to come in and say hello.
Our Newcastle attendees were by far the most diverse group of the tour, with friends from a wide variety of places and times during which our acquaintances were made, all mingling shoulder-to-shoulder (remember when that was allowed?) Thanks to all for making the effort.
