If you haven\u2019t replied to my earlier request, I\u2019d be grateful if you would please check your copy as soon as you can, and respond to me by e-mail, FB message, LinkedIn message or as a comment below.<\/p>\n<p>Unfortunately, despite the printer initially promising to replace any faulty copies, it now seems inevitable that I\u2019ll need to pursue the matter via legal channels. Accordingly, it would help enormously to have accurate data on the error rate rather than an estimate, or at least an estimate based on a larger sample. There are still about 250 books out there I\u2019m not sure of.<\/p>\n<p>When all has been sorted out, I\u2019ll contact those of you with faulty books to organise a replacement copy.
